         We understand that your network is essential to the success of your business. In order to maintain an efficient network, you may need to consult with professionals who are knowledgeable in the field and have experience with hardware, and software related issues. Point & Click Solutions offers support plans created to provide you quality and effective customer support. We offer two different support plans designed to help ensure that your company is in good hands at all times.

         The Standard plan is designed for customers who need occasionally support with their network or computer related issues, between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm PST Monday through Friday. This plan features 20 hours of on-site and unlimited phone\remote support with a guaranteed response time of 4 hours after incident is reported and confirmed by an analyst. There is also a $30 travel fee per on-site visit.
